o the glory days of lj. Seems like just yesterday this place gave birth to countless of arguments, some of which the metronome held a concise rhythm of well thought ideas on our structurial insecure lives, others completely thwarted by their inhibtions relied heavily on reckless slander and mindless drivel to contest trivial matters of debate. How i miss those days. It's the utter contradiction that makes me wonder, Some how in this o so disconnected realm of the internet, i never felt closer and more in touch with my friends than when i was completely enamored with LJ. Every notion, every act, profound life altering to the most mundane and how i got really fucked up with so and so, road the electrical charges that stimulated digits that would type my every thought. The screen was filled with word after glorious word. Allow them to retort. Give them five minutes. You beckon them with a thoughtful Subject line. Who could resist? With every response you yearn for more. Sparing yourself the abarrassment of awkward looks, you can revel in your inner thoughts, and they may or may not try to understand, but you at least know someone is reading it. I miss that.

I was looking back in my journals ...and realized how sad i was too leave here in the first place and how fuckin retarded it is to now be back here 6 months later........it just feels more official now that I have a job. I never really wanted to leave, so i guess it was sort of enivitable that i would be sucked back here. Am i doing the right thing coming back here??.....im back at my old job...and it just feels like i got to do something different this time.....I told them I grew up while i was down there......thats problably a lie....anyways...its time to do a little growing up and become a great dude....your all fuckin beatiful... thank you |
